How to Find an Osteopath
An osteopath, or a doctor that practices osteopathy, practices a type of treatment that takes a holistic approach to health. Osteopaths are frequently more versed in medicine that studies nerves, muscles, tendons and how an issue in one part of the body can or will affect another part. Much of what an osteopath will tell you has to do with preventative maintenance -- caring for the body in such a way as to prevent the inevitable problems and breakdowns that come with age.Instructions
