How to Get Licensed in Florida to Be a Health-Care Administrator
Healthcare administrators work at all types of health-care facilities ensuring that the best possible standards of patient care is provided. They must do this while keeping in mind costs, efficiency and constantly changing laws and regulations. According to Florida Area Health Education Centers, administrators at nursing homes and long-term care sites are the only healthcare administrators in the state who need a license. Applicants for licensure must meet the requirements set by the Medical Quality Assurance division of the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators.Instructions
