How to Enter Patient Information Into Medisoft

Existing Patients

Click the "List" menu, then select "Patients/Guarantors and Cases."

Select the patient for whom you need to enter information. Click the "Edit Patient" button in the bottom-left corner of the window.

Enter the new information into the appropriate fields. Click the "Save" button when you are finished.
New Patients

Choose the "List" menu, then "Patients/Guarantors and Cases."

Click the "New Patient" button located at the bottom of the window.
