The list of providers includes general practitioners, specialists and facilities such as emergency rooms and rehabilitation centers.

  Visit the Preferred Care Partners at mypreferredcare.com. Choose a region and language from the options provided.

  Click "Provider or Facility Search" in the "Member" box. You can also click "Members" and then click "Find a Provider." Select "Provider" on the "Search" page. Enter information, such as city or ZIP code, in the boxes provided. Select options from the drop-down lists, which include county and provider specialty. Enter as much information as possible on this page, to narrow down your results. Click "Search."

  Look through the list of results to choose a provider. The results include the provider’s name, specialty and phone number. Click on the name for more information on the provider.

  Call Preferred Care Partners' Member Services Department at [phone], to verify that the provider is still part of the Preferred Care Partners network and accepts new patients.
