Omron HEM-725C Instructions

The Omron HEM-725C is a fully automatic blood pressure measuring device. It's powered by batteries, which makes it highly portable for on the fly blood pressure checks. The simple to read digital screen displays clinically proven accurate results within minutes of testing, according to Omron Healthcare. Using the device is as straightforward as wrapping the pressure gauging cuff around your arm. The foolproof, compact design of the Omron HEM-725C makes the chore of testing blood pressure less tedious.

      Insert four AAA batteries into the battery compartment on the bottom of the Omron HEM-725C. Alternatively, plug the female end of the A/C adapter into its respective port on the back of the Omron HEM-725C and plug the male end into an outlet.

      Set the date, time and year by pressing the "Start/Stop" button and pressing the "Memory" button. Press the button that the looks like a clock to adjust the date, time and year, followed by the "Memory" button to confirm the date configuration.

      Firmly plug the air line of the cuff into its port on the side of the Omron HEM-725C. Sit down in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the floor for five minutes.

      Wrap the cuff around your arm, directly on the skin, an inch above your elbow with the blue arrow facing centered down the inside of your arm and the air line running towards your fingers.

      Press the "Stop/Start" button once and the cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still, silent and calm until the cuff deflates and the results appear on the digital screen.
