Will California medi-cal pay for tubal ligation revresal?

Medi-Cal will cover medically necessary tubal ligation reversals for up to two years after the procedure was initially performed. Reversals may not be covered if they are elective, are not medically necessary, or are performed more than two years after the initial procedure. Reversals are performed by a surgeon and involve reconnecting the vas deferens or fallopian tubes that were previously cut, burned or blocked.
