Quest Diagnostic Labs in Rhode Island

Quest Diagnostics has facilities where Rhode Island's 1.05 million residents can undergo comprehensive tests.     • Pawtucket and Providence are the largest cities in the northern part of the state. In this area, Quest labs are at 407 East Ave. or 333 School St. in Pawtucket, and at 1 Randall Square or 1352 Smith St. in Providence.

    Central Rhode Island

    • Warwick is in the central portion of Rhode Island; Quest Diagnostic has labs throughout the area. They are at 897 Warwick Ave., 215 Toll Gate Road and 300 Toll Gate Road, all in Warwick; 1145 Reservoir Ave. in Cranston; and 1524 Atwood Ave. in Johnston.

    Southern Rhode Island

    • The southern portion of Rhode Island is served by a Quest Diagnostics lab at 730 Kingstown Road in Wakefield. Depending on where you are in the southern part of the state, you might find a closer lab in Connecticut in either London or Groton.

    Outlying Areas

    • For residents who live in almost every part of Rhode Island, Quest labs in Massachusetts are a short distance away. The cities of Attleboro, Foxboro and Wrentham all have labs accessible to Rhode Island residents.
