I have Blue Shield PPO as primary and Medical part A,B,D secondary. Should lose Will Medicare take care of things in absence Shield?

Medicare is a government health insurance program primary coverage. that provides health coverage to people aged 65 and older, as well as some younger people with disabilities and people with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Original Medicare is composed of Part A (hospital insurance) and Part B (medical insurance). Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) is private health insurance that can help pay for some of the costs not covered by Original Medicare, such as copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

If you have Blue Shield PPO as your primary health insurance and Medicare Part A, B, and D as your secondary health insurance, Medicare will generally pay for covered medical expenses after your primary insurance has paid its share.

However, it's important to note that there are certain circumstances in which Medicare may not cover all of your medical expenses. For example, Medicare may not cover:

- Services that are not medically necessary

- Services that are not provided by a Medicare-approved provider

- Services that are considered elective or cosmetic

- Costs that exceed the Medicare-approved amount

- Copays,coinsurance, and deductibles

If you have questions about what Medicare will and will not cover, it's best to contact your Medicare plan or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
