How can i find out if my medi-cal benefits are active?

Online:

- Visit the Covered California website and log in to your account.

- Click on the "My Account" tab and then select "My Benefits."

- You will see a summary of your Medi-Cal benefits, including your coverage start date, end date, and type of coverage.

By Phone:

- Call the Medi-Cal customer service line at 1-800-540-0550.

- Have your Medi-Cal ID number and Social Security number ready.

- A customer service representative will be able to tell you if your benefits are active.

In Person:

- Visit your local Medi-Cal office.

- Bring your Medi-Cal ID number and Social Security number with you.
