Is CNA nursing the highest paid there is?

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are not nurses, and therefore are not paid as much as nurses. Nurses have more training and responsibilities than CNAs. The highest-paid nursing jobs are those that require the most education and experience, such as nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, and nurse midwives.
