VSP or Vision Service Plan is a provider of comprehensive eye care coverage and eye glass frames to members, eye care professionals and employers. VSP was started in 1955 by a group of optometrists in Oakland, California. Today, their headquarters is located in Rancho Cordova, California. VSP provides services for 55 million members, 35,000 clients and 26,000 doctors nationwide. Additionally, VSP offers coverage for individuals, families or through employers.

Find a VSP Doctor

  Type the VSP web address into your Internet browser's address bar.

  Under the "Members" tab, click "Find the right doctor for you."

  Under the "VSP Doctors" heading, click "Find a VSP Doctor."

  On the "Log in to Find a Doctor" page, click "Not a member."

  Under the heading, "Find a VSP Doctor by Location" enter your city in the "City" field and select "MS" from the "State" drop down menu.

  Select your "Doctor Network" from the drop down menu. If you are not sure which network you are in, select "Not sure." If you choose "Not sure", you will receive a pop message explaining that you will need to verify that the doctor selected participates in your plan.

  Enter the Captcha characters and click "Search."

  The Doctor Search Results page displays all of the VSP doctors located in the city you specified. Page number tabs located at the bottom, right of the page offer additional results.

  Click "New Search" at the top, right of the page to perform another search.
