How do you become Primary Care Physician?

Educational requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (4years): Majors can include biology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, or other Science.

2. Medical Degree(4years): Earn a Doctor of Medicine(M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine(D.O.) from an accredited medical school.

Gain experience:

1. Residency: Complete a three-year or longer residency in primary care, such as internal medicine, family practice, or paediatrics.

2. Licensure: Obtain a medical license in the state where you plan to practice.

3. Board Certification: Become board certified in your chosen medical speciality by passing the relevant examination given by the American Board of Medical Specialities(ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association(AOA).
