Examine your fears. Get them out in the open what they are. What is it that scares you so much? When I talk about fears, I don't mean things like heights, or snakes. Things like are you afraid to talk to a girl? Are extremely shy that you are constantly fearing on saying the wrong thing? The common fears that effect your daily lives. Fears usually come down to insecurity and uncertainty of something. Examine exactly what it is. Be honest with yourself as well. Examining your fears starts with being honest about them. Trying to convince yourself it's not there doesn't do the trick.

Something that has caused you to never forget and has made you fearful since then. It's important to educate yourself on all the facts that make you fearful of this situation.

Develop faith in something. To face fears, you got believe in something. Whether it's religion, god, believe in something. I won't tell you what, that's up to you. Find faith in something out there. It's a very healthy way of making you feel as if nothing can go wrong. You need to believe in something. When you feel that way, you can then start facing your fears. Figure out what the worse thing that can happen from facing your fears. Now if the worse that can happen out of facing a fear is you dying, then cross this fear off the list. No reason to do something that dramatic. I don't want to give anyone the wrong, or dangerous impression. Write down everything that can go wrong when facing this fear. Kind of pretend as if everything happen that you feared, when facing this fear. I know it's different when it actually happens. Even if you've failed, you still succeed. You gain character as a person when you face a challenge or fear.

Change your outlook. Don't think about the past and what has happen. You're just going backwards and that's exactly why you can't get over it. Most people don't remember things that have happen in the past about you, so why should you fixate on it yourself? Believe me, it's the impressions you make now that matter, not the ones in the past. The past is the past for a reason. Have a positive attitude. Have a now attitude, don't dwell on regrets. If you dwell on the past, that's all you'll have is fears. You will never gain the courage to face them.
