Be optimistic. Everybody goes through phases where they are unhappy because something didn't go their way. Whether it's a relationship or a business venture, feeling a little depressed about a failure is extremely common. The key is to believe that everything happens for a good reason. Everything takes place as it should, in order to be lead where you are meant to be.

Believe. Feeling downtrodden because of instability occasionally is normal, even healthy. However, you should not allow it to consume your entire belief system. Always remember that you never need a second party to be complete and happy. Love and self-fulfillment must start from within before they can be formed with anyone else. By simply remembering this, positive energy will be attracted, and good results will ensue.

Form deep connections. Once self-love is completely established, form great companionship with others, such as friends, family or a significant other. If a bond already exists, work on strengthening it. After all, positive emotions are best when they are shared with people for whom you care deeply. This brings out true happiness from within.

Have faith. Once true happiness is obtained from within, then with others, emotional stability will be realized. Then, since the word stable means permanent, you must keep it up. Keep faith that this stability is deserved. Mental stability will soon follow, and financial stability will eventually be realized, as well. Always remember that no matter how bad things get, they can always get better. Positive attraction is crucial. If negativity is constantly on the conscience, only negativity will be attracted. Think positively, and positive things will happen.
