How to Find a Jungian Therapist
A Jungian therapist is a professionally-trained individual specializing in the treatment of psychological suffering. Jungian analysis or therapy uses methods prescribed by psychologist C.G. Jung. It attempts to bring balance to the conscious and unconscious elements of a patient's psyche. Jungian analysis is used to treat emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety. It can be used for general stress, marital or family problems, parenting and mid-life concerns, grief and mourning, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem and lack of motivation. To assist individuals suffering from personal issues, Jungian therapists can be contacted through a referral service.Instructions
