Take supplements like Taurine, Glutamine, 5-HTP and Theanine. These amino acids can be found at any health food store. Take the amount suggested on the bottle, preferably every day.

Eat foods rich in GABA. Fish is a reliable source to increase GABA concentration, especially Mackerel. Seek out whole-grain products as well---wheat bran, for example.

Exposure to bright light can increase serotonin. Spend an extra half-hour to an hour outside during the day to increase exposure. Bright light raises serotonin levels. Exercising at least 20-30 minutes also increases serotonin levels.
