How to Sleep While Sitting Up

Sleeping allows the human body to repair itself and people are able to sleep almost anywhere. After a hard day's work, some people will fall asleep in a chair in front of the television. Anyone can sleep while sitting up, if they are tired enough.

Instructions

Take a warm bath before attempting to sleep sitting up. This will allow your body to relax. Listen to soothing music.

    • 2
