Add the special baker's sugar to the food grinder. Special baker's sugar can be found in grocery stores and bakery supply shops. It's a fine sugar that is a little bit larger in crystal than confectioners' sugar.
-
2
Combine the powdered Stevia root with the other ingredient in the food grinder. Stevia can be purchased from health food stores. It is also sold commercially as an artificial sweetener in many grocery stores and supermarkets .
-
3
Secure the lid of the food grinder tightly and turn the setting to "High." Allow the grinder to blend and grind the contents into a fine, white powder.
-
4
Pour the resulting confectioners' sugar into a jar or storage container. Save it until you need to use it. It can be used by the same measurements as standard confectioners' sugar because it possesses the same consistency and flavor.
