Seroquel Withdrawal Symptoms

Seroquel is a prescribed medication used to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Seroquel will help control mood swings, and it also helps you sleep at night by quieting the restless mind that is a symptom of bipolar disorder. Never suddenly stop taking Seroquel without first speaking to your doctor, because there are withdrawal symptoms.     Insomnia

    • Seroquel usually helps you sleep at night by quieting the racing thoughts that arise from bipolar disorder. If you suddenly stop taking Seroquel, you can start to experience insomnia, because your mind and body are used to having the Seroquel to help you fall asleep at night.
