Is there anyone who does not have narcissistic qualities?

Narcissistic qualities are common in people, but a person is usually considered to have a narcissistic personality disorder only when these traits are extreme and cause significant problems in their life and relationships.

That being said, there is no one who does not have any narcissistic qualities at all, as a small degree of narcissism is necessary to preserve self-esteem and to function in society. However, the key distinguishing factor is the degree to which these qualities manifest and cause impairment.
