How to Deal With Unfairness
Unfairness takes many forms, from losing your job for no apparent reason to someone cutting in front of you in line at the movie theater. How you deal with these feelings will influence how well you address the situation that caused them. Once you learn how to evaluate and deal with feelings of unfairness, it will become much easier to deal with the issues that caused the feelings.Instructions

1
Pause before you react to the situation. When your emotions start telling you “that was unfair,” take a moment to let your brain catch up before you react. This will prevent you from saying or doing something that will land you in hot water later.

2
Decide if the matter is worth your aggravation. If a person cuts in front of you, it may be easier and healthier for you to just let it go, rather than become distraught over a minor infraction.
-
3
Act appropriately. If the action is minor and warrants no response, then carry on with your day. If the matter is more egregious, such as an unfair dismissal, then research the matter and take appropriate action, but do so using your intelligence instead of your emotions.
