Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that can develop in people who have experienced a traumatic event. It is estimated that approximately 11-20% of veterans who have served in a war zone develop PTSD. This means that there could be as many as 5 million veterans in the United States living with PTSD.
