How to Deal With Discouragement
Discouragement, when not dealt with properly, can lead to bouts of depression and anxiety. Everyone deals with discouragement in their lives. It could be the loss of a job, a break-up, an insult from a friend or anything else that makes you feel like you are not good enough. Dealing with the causes of your discouragement and reminding yourself that one set back does not determine your value will help you push forward to future successes.Instructions
