How to Change Your Subconscious Beliefs
We've all heard the saying "change your mind, change your life." Sounds easy, but any change is a challenge, and good intentions don't guarantee success. However, a well-considered approach coupled with the good intention form the foundation for changing your subconscious beliefs, even long-held ones. A plan of action and daily practice can lead to the transformation you want in your life.Instructions

Lay the Foundation
-
1
Recognize that you want to change something about yourself that is intangible and therefore slippery and illusive. You may not even be clear about the subconscious belief that is holding you back. You just know you need and want to change. Although you can't identify or put your finger on the belief you want to modify, you can still make a change.

2
Open your mind to the possibility that things can be different. This requires releasing your attachment to the beliefs you want to change. Consider that your beliefs might be wrong and that there may be an alternative way to believe. That alternative is what you're looking for.
-
3
Adopt a positive attitude about your ability to adopt new subconscious beliefs. The first belief you need to address is the belief that you can change.
-
4
Write down your reason for wanting to change. Focus on why it is important to change and how your life will be different after you do. The more clearly you can state your goals, the more successful your effort will be.
Make It Happen
-
5
Review and rehearse your reason for change daily. Carry that reason in your mind and on a piece of paper wherever you go.
-
6
Picture your life after you have changed your subconscious beliefs. Imagine the way you will feel and how you will interact with other people.
-
7
Talk about your new belief. Tell people why you hold this new belief, even if you are still working at a full change. Make statements and arguments supporting the new belief you are adopting.
