How to Get Into Vibrational Alignment
Most people attract things into their life by default. They focus on things and situations (good or bad), and these things are what manifest in their life. To control what comes into your life you need to change your vibrational alignment to attract the things that you do want (as opposed to the things you don't). Using your emotions as a guidepost will enable you to ease into the vibrational alignment that you desire.Things You'll Need

Sit down in a quiet spot, close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Focus on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body. Release any thoughts that come into your mind. Once your mind is completely clear, think about how pleasant it would be if your desire were to come to pass. Imagine how your life would be if your desire were met.

Make a list of all of the things that you are thankful for. List the simplest things, like a good sleep, your children and a sunny day. Think of how wonderful it is to have these things in your life. If you find a penny on the street, put it on this list and thank the universe for all of these wonderful gifts. This helps to change your focus from the negative to the positive.

Acknowledge when you are feeling negative emotions and ask yourself what triggered the negative sensation. Remind yourself that while you are feeling bad now that you have so much to be grateful for and start listing the things you have to be grateful for in your mind. Remind yourself that your current negative condition is only temporary and that good things are on their way to you.

Remove yourself from places that cause you to feel negative emotions. If you are unable to leave immediately, remind yourself that while the energy in that place is negative and that you have made the choice to be in positive vibrational alignment. Imagine that there is an invisible force field protecting yourself from the negative energy in the area.

Steer conversations away from negative and unpleasant subjects. Change the talk to pleasant subjects and mingle with positive people whenever possible. Find a reason to compliment the people that you interact with to help them become positively aligned as well, for their positive energy will help you to achieve and maintain your vibrational alignment.

Do something nice for a random stranger. Instruct the cashier to take $5 of your money and put it toward the bill of the customer behind you. Help your neighbor by mowing their lawn or cook a large meal and take a portion over to a friend. Whenever someone desires to repay your kindness, ask them to pay it forward and then delight in the fact that you have started a chain of kindness and positivity.

Mentally go over all of the positives in your life when you lay down to go to sleep. Instruct your consciousness to reset your vibration as you sleep and express your desire to keep a strong positive vibrational alignment. Allow yourself to fall asleep as you count blessings instead of sheep.
