    • This Salt Lake City course explores the unique self-help techniques developed by Abraham Low, a neuropsychiatrist and psychiatry professor at the University of Illinois. The course delves into the Recovery International Method, and a method expert in Salt Lake City leads the class. The method helps individuals manage anger and fears through self will and self improvement. The three parts of the Recovery International Method include attending meetings at the Salt Lake City Library, reading Low's books and practicing the principles learned throughout the process.     House of Hope

    • The House of Hope is a day treatment center for women with a variety of issues in their lives. This Salt Lake City facility has a variety of doctors, nurses, counselors and programs to focus family, substance abuse, domestic violence and anger management issues. Women can self-enroll at House of Hope and anger management courses teach women with history of abuse, drugs and family issues how to take responsibility and overcome negativity. Classes are offered daily.

    Treatment Services

    • The Salt Lake City Prosecutor's Office offers the Treatment Services programs for criminal offenders, free of charge. They provide other services for a variety of common issues such as substance abuse, individual and family counseling, sex offenders, and anger management. The anger management group concentrates on offenders who have a history of violence and who have been released with the condition of attending the state-approved anger management course.
