Abraham Low Self-Help Systems
-
This Salt Lake City course explores the unique self-help techniques developed by Abraham Low, a neuropsychiatrist and psychiatry professor at the University of Illinois. The course delves into the Recovery International Method, and a method expert in Salt Lake City leads the class. The method helps individuals manage anger and fears through self will and self improvement. The three parts of the Recovery International Method include attending meetings at the Salt Lake City Library, reading Low's books and practicing the principles learned throughout the process. Classes are offered periodically throughout the year. Contact the Salt Lake City facilitator for more information.
