    • Florida Anger Management is a licensed counseling agency approved by the state of Florida. It offers an online, four-hour program that teaches the coping skills necessary to handle stressful situations and prevent them from causing eruptions of anger. Florida Anger Management has been approved to meet the requirements set forth by Florida courts in regards to fulfilling court-ordered anger management counseling for domestic and criminal-related cases. As of August 2010, the cost to complete Florida Anger Management's online course was $35. Graduates of the program receive a certificate of completion upon successfully completing the entire program.

    New Hope

    • New Hope Anger Management offers an intensive 4-to-7-week course designed to help participants identify the issues that trigger anger. Participants of the course learn to implement the skills necessary to successfully deal with emotions without anger. Classes are available throughout the state of Florida, as well as in the organization's teaching center located in West Palm Beach. Topics covered through the New Hope course include how to deal with road rage, workplace hostility management and time management, which are all often at the root of anger-related issues. New Hope classes are approved to meet the requirements set forth by Florida courts for court-mandated anger management classes and courses are also available for the workplace, drug rehab centers and church-based organizations.

    My Anger Solution

    • According to its website, the goal of the My Anger Solution organization is to help individuals identify their anger issues and help participants lead more productive lives. My Anger Solution is located in the greater Miami area and offers class options that range from 6-to-8-hour courses to 12-to-14-hour courses. Topics covered by My Anger Solution's courses include the five rules of anger management, defense mechanisms, time management skills and techniques on how to identify and express anger properly.
