Create a table of major life areas, such as health, finances, career, love, family and life purpose. Describe under the column heading what changes you would like to see in each life aspect.

Tap into your intuition and rational decision making to conclude which component is the priority. Establish short- and long-term goals for the life area that requires the most attention.

Examine your thoughts, feelings, actions and sense of purpose related to the aspect you choose to improve first. Release any people, places or situations that are negative, draining and inhibit progress in that area.

Surround yourself with happiness and inspiration. Say affirmations, appreciate the underlying blessings, engage in uplifting activities and embrace your natural passions and talents.

Pray, meditate and enlist spiritual support to increase self-awareness and make the necessary changes to manifest the life you desire. Detach from outcomes, remain flexible and be open to change even if the result is different from what you expected.
