How to Make Subliminal CDs

Subliminal CDs are used to send messages to your subconscious to create a change in your state of mind. This creates positive change in your life when done everyday. Subliminal CDs have been used to help people attain better health, quit smoking and heal relationships and trauma, among other applications. You must be careful that what you record onto a subliminal CD is positive and capable of reinforcing positive feelings and behaviors.

  Write down words and phrases that you would like to program onto your subliminal CD. This material can be anything positive that you would like to reinforce in your life.

  Record what you have written onto a track in a free recording software program like Audacity (see Resources).

  Add a track of music to the recording. This can be music you write yourself or merely enjoy listening to.

  Lower the volume of the spoken track until it is no longer audible.

  Burn the full recording to a CD and listen to it with headphones to get the full effect.
