Types

There are three primary types of stress balls--foam, gel and powder--based on the primary ingredient they contain.
Features

Foam stress balls are made by injecting foam into a mold, and are the most durable. Gel stress balls are simply gel surrounded by a cloth or rubber sleeve. Powder stress balls are rubber membranes stuffed with powder.
