How to Grieve
Grieving is difficult, painful, and overwhelming. It is an emotional roller coaster than can be incredibly confusing and scary. Grief comes in many forms, although most of us connect grief with death. People also grieve losing things such as when they graduate from school, move to another home, change jobs, get a disease, lose a home due to a natural disaster, and more. The purpose of the grieving process is to help someone grieving work through these emotions in order to accept what has happened so they can move on with peace.Instructions
