Be honest with yourself. Do not suppress, deny or make any of your emotions wrong. You are feeling them so you can release them. As you step into self-honesty, you will naturally be honest about how you feel with others.

Set intentions. How do you want to feel in your life? Do you want more happiness, joy and ecstasy?

Express your emotions. Allow yourself to feel. If you feel angry, hit a punching bag, connect sounds to your anger and express.Note that you are feeling your emotions so you can grow. So, never make how you feel about someone else. In truth, no one can "make you" angry. Only you decide how to react to situations in your life.

Keep a journal. Daily writing can help you discharge any emotional energy that you're suppressing. It can also reveal many things about yourself that you weren't conscious of, including emotional patterns. Once you are aware of any patterns, you can choose to break them.

Ask for what you want in relationships. Do not hold back your expression or feelings. When you ask for what you want, make it a request, not a demand.
