Understand that these feelings are important to you and expressing them is not only necessary but also helpful for personal growth. A person cannot help the way they feel about certain people or situations.

Express these feelings in a constructive and helpful manner. People cannot help the way they feel but they can control the method in which they deliver these feeling. Before communicating your feelings, put yourself in the other person's position and try to understand how they feel. Then deliver your feelings in a well thought out constructive manner.

Find an outlet to communicate your feelings. The outlets most often used are the creative ones. Try to use poetry, painting or another art form for the outlet to communicate your feelings.

Write down how you feel in a daily journal. This journal can be an effective tool that allows you to express all the feelings you have about something or someone without fear of reproach or judgment. Now understand that someone may find this journal and if you write less than flattering things about them in the journal, it could make the situation worse.
