How to Laugh Yourself Happy

Listen to laughter. It is so contagious. There are laugh clips online that are quite funny or you can listen to children. They laugh so much more often during the course of a day than adults.

Read some jokes, or better yet, tell some jokes. There is something about trying to tell a joke with a straight face that usually ends up making you laugh.

Go see a funny movie or to a comedy show. A good comedian has a way of looking at everyday life and seeing the humor in it.

Do a practical joke on someone. It doesn't have to be harmful or at their expense, it can just be fun.

Laugh out loud. Sure, everyone will think you are crazy. If it is just too much to do around people, then try it in a private place. See if it works for you.
