How to Get Paid for Clinical Trials

Clinical trials allows drug manufacturers the opportunity to evaluate products before seeking approval from the Food and Drug Administration. These investigations vary in scope and time requirements for participants, so compensation is sometimes offered to offset inconveniences and show appreciation. Clinicaltrials.gov is an online database, managed by the U.S. National Institutes of Health. Each clinical trial listed on the site contains the specifics of the study, including qualification requirements and enrollment instructions. People interested in finding trials that offer monetary compensation can search the database and verify payment schedules and amounts with study coordinators.
