How to Find Plasma Donation Locations

Plasma is an essential blood component needed for modern medical practices, according to the American Red Cross, and plasma is sometimes referred to as the “gift of life” because of its essential nature. Plasma is collected at many blood donation facilities, though the process is somewhat different. Donating plasma usually takes just over an hour. Once you find a donation center in your area, ask about eligibility requirements to see if you can donate plasma.
