How to Get a CPR Course on the Computer
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving maneuver in an emergency. CPR performers compress a victim's chest and breath into his mouth at certain intervals to keep the heart and lungs working. People need CPR when they experience cardiac arrest -- the heart stops pumping, depriving the brain of oxygen and the body of blood flow. CPR can keep these functions going until additional medical treatment is given. Certain people, such as emergency responders, must take CPR training. Teachers, youth sport coaches, babysitters, parents and many others also benefit from CPR training. Seek out online training from reputable sources.Things You'll Need
