Where should you put your hands to do CPR on an adult or child?
For adults:
* Place the heel of one hand on the person's sternum, between the nipples.
* Place your other hand over the first hand, interlacing your fingers.
* Position yourself so that your shoulders are directly over your hands.
For children:
* Place the heel of one hand on the child's sternum, just below the nipples.
* Place your other hand over the first hand, interlacing your fingers.
* Position yourself so that your shoulders are directly over your hands.
