What are the of CPR?
C - Check responsiveness. Gently shake and shout to the person, "Are you okay?" If the person does not respond, call 911 or your local emergency number.
P - Provide chest compressions. Place the heel of one hand on the person's sternum, between the nipples. Place your other hand over your first hand and interlock your fingers. Give chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 minutes. Allow the chest to fully recoil between compressions.
R - Rescue breaths. If the person is not breathing, give them rescue breaths. To do this, pinch the person's nose shut and cover their mouth with your mouth. Give two breaths, each lasting about 1 second.
