Can slamming on brakes cause shaken baby syndrome if the car was going 35-40mph?

Shaken baby syndrome cannot occur during car rides. SBS occurs when someone forcefully shakes an infant or young child. Cars don't have the forces involved with SBS due to how they're manufactured, and how seatbelts function in them.
