How to Purify Non Potable Water
Besides oxygen, water is by far the most important nutrient that the body needs. It is actually recommended that a person drink a minimum of 2 quarts of clean water per day in order to remain healthy. Furthermore, water that is lost by means of sweat and respiration must be replaced in order to keep the body balanced.
