How to Catch Helicobacter

Catching Helicobacter pylori, or H. pylori, is no fun. Your stomach feels like it is on fire and it is often coupled with stomach cramps and bloating. H. pylori is an extremely common bacterial infection of the stomach lining. It is responsible for more than 90 percent of stomach ulcers and can even lead to cancer. The good news is, once diagnosed, taking antibiotics for just one week usually can cure the condition.
