Instructions

    • 1

Pack each Sharp toner cartridge individually in its original carton, individually or in bulk in plain cardboard boxes, or up to 10 cartridges in a Sharp bulk-shipping box. If you’re not using the original cartons including the original plastic bag packaging, enclose each cartridge completely in a plastic bag before packing to protect against toner spills during shipment. When finished, seal the cartons or boxes with clear box tape.

Click the "Request Shipping Label" link in the Resources section. Fill out the Sharp online form on the Web page that opens, click the "Submit" button and then print a shipping label. Repeat the process to print labels for any additional shipments as needed.

    • 3

Affix a shipping label to each carton or box. Tape your label to the outside of the carton or box and then run tape over the face of the label to protect it from damage during shipment. Or place the label in a plastic label shipping pouch, remove the paper backing from the pouch and affix it to the outside of the carton or box. Repeat with any additional labels and boxes as needed.

Go to the "Find FedEx Locations" website (see Resources) to locate your closest FedEx Office and FedEx World Service Center, FedEx Authorized Ship Center or self-service drop-off box location. Fill out the online form and then click the "Find Locations" button to get a location. If a FedEx driver regularly picks up shipments at your home or office, skip this step.
