Allergy symptoms brought on by climate and seasonal changes can usually be alleviated with a humidifier. Humidifiers fill the air with moisture, eliminating the dry air that causes stuffy noses, headaches, and dry, itchy eyes. There are many humidifiers on the market, and some work better than others for allergies.
