How to Get Warm When You Are Cold
It is the middle of June (not cold weather) and my husband just turned on the heat to get warm. My house is a comfortable habitat at 72 degrees, however he felt the need to warm the place up and roast the rest of the family out instead of doing warm up exercises. Hence this article....Instructions

Drink water. When your body does not have enough water your muscles may have trouble contracting. Water should help your muscles, that are cold due to cold air intake, to contract thus warming you up. So drink up and warm up.

Eat. You body uses food as fuel. So eat and your body should warm itself up to burn the food you just ate. This may help to keep you warm even in the cold weather or during cold air intake.

And finally, MOVE. This may be a common sense statement. The more you move the warmer you should become. If you are freezing then do warm up exercises or run. If you have no where to run, due to cold weather then run in place. Run fast.
