How to Tape Up Your Hands

- Athletic tape

Hold your hand with your palm facing you and your fingers spread apart. Take a length of athletic tape approximately 5 inches long and wrap it around your pinkie finger from the back of the hand. The tape should overlap on your palm in the area of your calluses.

Repeat the previous step with the rest of your fingers, except the thumb.

Wrap the athletic tape around the palm of your hand. It should wrap around the outside of the hand as well, and cover the tape coming around the fingers on the palm. Do this one time before wrapping the tape around the thumb from the outside of the hand.

Repeat the previous step for more protection and padding.
