* Tachypnea
* Bradypnea
* Dyspnea
* Cyanosis
Circulation - Is the patient's circulation adequate?
* Assess for any signs of circulatory compromise, such as:
* Tachycardia
* Bradycardia
* Hypotension
* Shock
