How to Gargle With Gatorade
Gargling helps to dislodge unwanted substances from your throat including excess mucous. That's why gargling with salt water is a common remedy for sore throats. In a pinch, you can use Gatorade for gargling if something in your throat is causing you discomfort. Remember not to swallow the Gatorade after gargling.Things You'll Need

Take a small sip of the Gatorade as if you were going to drink it.

Hold the Gatorade in your mouth. Tilt your head slightly backward so that your nose points upward.

Allow the Gatorade to rest in your throat and exhale lightly. This will create the gargling effect and it should cause the drink to bubble up. Continue exhaling until you can no longer keep from swallowing.

Spit the Gatorade out after one gargle. If you still need to clear your throat, repeat the process again with a fresh sip of the drink.
