Instructions for the Use of Gel Heat Packs

Gel packs are flexible plastic containers filled with non-toxic gel. They can be used either cold or hot, depending on your needs. They're useful for relieving pain caused by injury, muscle strains, headaches, neck pain or other problem areas. You can heat the gel pack in the microwave or on the stovetop. After the pack cools, you can either reheat and apply again or store for later use. Gel packs are reusable and transport easily.
