Some counties have copies of these reports available online. By looking at the latest report, you can determine when the last complaint was made and what the issue was. You can also find out if the conditions have already been reported by another customer.

Some counties will allow you to file a report online or through email, while others will need you to fill out a paper form and physically turn it in.
